Customer Care Shimmery Gallery On Line developed from a storefront gallery located just outside of Chicago in Northwest Indiana. After four exciting years, it became increasing clear that in order to provide Shimmery’s artists with the finest representation, the business needed to move to the global online retail world. We intend to provide a new approach to the online art experience which will continually grow and change with the needs of both our artists and clients. ORDERING/PROCESSING PAYMENT SHIPPING/DELIVERY/DAMAGED RETURNS (other than DAMAGED) REFUND POLICY COMPLAINT POLICY AND PROCESS DISCLAIMER PRIVACY POLICY COOKIE POLICY COPYRIGHT NOTICE ARTIST INFORMATION ORDERING/PROCESSING PAYMENT Most clients prefer the security and convenience of Pay Pal as provided for on the site. However, if Pay Pal is not your choice, Shimmery offers two alternative methods of payment processing: Please call, 219-836-6201 Daily between 10 – 6 Central Standard Time (excluding Holidays), or e-mail us at Shimmerygallery@aol.com. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Please note: Phone or e-mail orders will be charged to your credit card the day the order is placed via a direct bank swipe to insure security. SHIPPING/DELIVERY/DAMAGED A 10% fee will be charged to cover shipping cost; however, there is no charge for packing. All artwork will be packaged appropriately for its size and weight. Shimmery will track the package and advise via e-mail on expected delivery time. Should your artwork arrived damaged, please call us immediately at 219-836-6201. Please save all shipping materials. A local shipping representative will be sent, at a convenient time, to pick up the work and inspect the original shipping materials. RETURNS (other than DAMAGED) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the art within 7 (seven) days from the day you receive it from our shipper. Please alert the Gallery via phone or e-mail before sending the return. It is requested that the work being returned be insured since all returned work must be received by Shimmery in its original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. REFUND POLICY Client satisfaction is our desire and our goal. Upon the Gallery’s receipt of a returned piece due to initial shipping damage, a refund will be issued immediately upon verification. Upon the Gallery’s receipt of a returned piece due to other reasons, a refund will be issued less 10% for the original shipping costs within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the work in its original condition.
